Obituary
Spencer Emht Sr., 67 , of Byrnes Mill, passed away on February 24, 2022. Spencer, son of the late Joseph Emht and Naomi Hill, was born on October 14, 1954. He received his education from Eureka High School, graduating class of 1973. Spencer was a Security Officer for Barnes Jewish Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Daniel Emht, and uncle and aunt, Raymond and Garnell Whitworth.
Among his survivors are two sons, Spencer Emht Jr. and wife Dee of Villa Ridge and Nathon Emht and wife Kim of Pacific; five grandchildren, Tyler, Ellie, Arianna, Naomi, and Abram Emht; other relatives and many friends.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 4-8 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Thiebes Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 at 10 a.m. at Nieburg-Vitt,Thiebes Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Sunset Cemetery in Pacific. Memorial donations can be made to the Eureka Pacific Elks Lodge.
