Funeral Service for Ruth Waggoner of Washington, will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 11 A.M. at Nieburg-Vitt Funeral Home,with interment in the Gasconade City Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 4-8 P.M. at Nieburg-Vitt Funeral Home. Ruth Waggoner passed away on December 8, 2016. She was 90 years old.
Survivors include 1 daughter- Brenda Kerns of Leesburg, Florida.
Son- Barry Waggoner and wife Laurie of Defiance.
2 brothers- William Ray Riley and wife Laura Mae of Kansas City, MO and Gerald Riley and wife Donna of Hermann.
Sister- Mearldean Lewis of Big Springs, MO.
4 grandchildren- Skaife Jones, Benjamin Waggoner, Danielle Long, and Elizabeth Fischer.
14 great-grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
