Raymond L. Mueller

Raymond L. Mueller, 93, of Pacific, passed away on July 2, 2020. Raymond, the son of the late Otto Mueller and Martha nee Meyers, was born on February 1, 1927, in Pacific. He married his wife, Evelyn nee Runge, on June 10, 1950, in Paragould, Arkansas. He served his country in the Army, at the end of WWII, helping liberate cities after the war. When he returned home, he began his career in construction. He quickly became a skilled craftsman and was highly respected. Raymond spent over 58 years as a member of the local 1839 in Washington, Missouri.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Evelyn Mueller; siblings, Jess Mueller, Russell Mueller, Mary Moss, Helen Carroll, and Frank Mueller.

He is survived by his children, Pat Mueller of Pacific, and Mike Mueller and wife Nancy of Pacific; grandchildren, Jackie Mueller, and Jill Schmacher and husband Stanton; great grandchildren, Talley Louise, and Henry Ross; nephews, James Mueller, Donald Mueller, and William Mueller; and many other relatives and friends.

A grave side service will be held on Monday, July 6, 2020, at Sunset Cemetery, in Pacific. Memorials may be made to the Historic First Baptist Church in Pacific.
