Melvin F. Groth, 83, of Pacific, passed away on January 5, 2020. Melvin, son of the late Armin Groth and his wife Anna, was born February 13, 1936, in St. Louis. He received his bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University. On June 24, 1968, he was united in marriage to the late Jeanne Dulany at the Pacific Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Groth was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Jeanne Groth.

He is survived by many friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 9-11 A.M. at Nieburg-Vitt, Thiebes Funeral Home, with a funeral service beginning at 11 A.M. Interment will be in the Pacific City Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the Pacific Methodist Church.
