Mary G. Baker

Mary Grace Baker, 61 , of Imperial, passed away on April 20, 2022. Mary, daughter of the late Francis Cather and Mary Cather nee Orlando, was born on March 7, 1961 in St. Louis. On May 29, 1992, she was united in marriage to James R. Baker in Hillsboro.

She was preceded in death by her parents; father-in-law, Ralph Baker and sister-in-law, Barb Forsythe.

Among her survivors are her husband, James Baker of Imperial; three children, Daniel Littlefield of Alton, IL, David Littlefield of Overland, and Brittany Foster and husband Dustin of Perryville, MO; siblings, Frank Cather and wife Leslie of St. Peters and Mark Cather and fiance Tracey Culver of St. Charles; one grandchild, Leonidas Littlefield; mother-in-law, Betty Baker of Pacific; brother-in-law, Mike Baker and wife Judy of Catawissa; other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt, Thiebes Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Nieburg-Vitt, Thiebes Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Midlawn Memorial Gardens in Union. Memorial donations can be made to the St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital.
