Funeral Service for Lynwood W. Parks of Augusta, will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 11 A.M. at the First Baptist Church in Washington, with interment in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 4-7 P.M. at Nieburg-Vitt Funeral Home. Lynwood Parks passed away on May 6, 2016. He was 94 years old.
Survivors include 3 daughters- Maurine Grimes and husband Franklyn of Augusta, Susan Wagner and husband Tom of New Jersey, and Debbie Parks of South Dakota.
Brother- Arthur Parks of Maryland.
Sister- Winnie Grace Horn of Maryland.
