Obituary
Kenneth E. King, 83 , of Pacific, passed away on July 11, 2021. Kenneth, son of the late Floyd King and his wife Chloe nee Stevens was born on May 16, 1938 in Lebanon, MO. He received his education from Eureka High School. On August 4, 1956, he was united in marriage to Carol Bourne in Wellston, MO. Kenneth was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Gray Summit.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Howard King.
Among his survivors are his wife, Carol King of Pacific; son, Michael S. King and wife Kim of House Springs; daughter, Deborah J. Kirk of High Ridge; four grandchildren, Anthony M. Kirk Jr. and wife Jordan, Benjamin K. Kirk, Corey W. Kirk and fiance Andrea, and Jason M. Vandiver and wife Becky; great-grandchildren, Autumn A. Kirk, Blair N. Kirk, Marceline B. Kirk, Devon M. Vandiver, and Owen R. Enghauser; other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 from 5-8 P.M. at Nieburg-Vitt, Thiebes Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 12 P.M. at the First Baptist Church in Gray Summit. Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, or the First Baptist Church in Gray Summit.
