Judith Rose Obituary

We are heartbroken to announce the death of our mother, Judith L. Rose. She passed away peacefully on July 17th, 2022, at the age of 75. She was surrounded by her three girls who will continue to honor her by living their lives by the example she set. She was a caring mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

Mom was born on August 12, 1946 in St. Louis to the late Eugene and Iphogene Netscher (nee Kauffman). She grew up in Eureka, MO and graduated from Eureka High School. However, the majority of her life was spent in St. Peters, MO.

Our mom enjoyed sewing, genealogy and spending time with her family. She was feisty, fun and funny and had an uncanny ability to find happiness in all things. She brought a smile to everyone she met and made an impact on so many lives.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Ellen Ransdell.

Among her survivors are her three children, Tamara Spitler (Dan), Kimberly Rose, and Laura Soutee (David); siblings, Maureen Paul, Michael Netscher (Marianne), Dennis Netscher, and Lisa Hamilton; grandsons, Daniel and Samuel Spitler, and Otto, Ike, and Ari Soutee; beloved granddog, Jack; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. at Nieburg-Vitt,Thiebes Funeral Home in Pacific, MO. Funeral service will be on Sunday, July 24, 2022 at 2 p.m. at the same location. Interment will be held in St. Bridget's cemetery in Pacific.
