Jane Joyce Hoffman, 88, of Washington, Missouri passed away on Friday December 11, 2015.
Jane is survived by her son, Scott and wife Cynthia Hoffman of Washington, and her grandchildren, Dene and A.J. Hoffman.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Friday December 18, 2015 at the Peace Lutheran Church in Washington. Memorials can be made to the Peace Lutheran Church or the charity of choice.
