Gary R. Hart, 73, of Pacific, passed away at his home on October 11, 2019. Gary, the son of the late Raymond and Milbra Hart (nee Turl), was born on October 5, 1946, in Canton, IL. On August 7, 1976 he married his wife Becky Hart (nee Barlar) at Sacred Heart Church in Valley Park. Gary worked as a structural draftsman for the McGinnis Association for 20 years until he retired. Gary had a passion for Golf, and regularly played at the Franklin County Country Club in Washington.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Linda Hart.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Hart of Pacific, other relatives, and many friends.

A visitation will be held on October 25, 2019, at Nieburg-Vitt, Thiebes Funeral Home from 4:00-8:00 pm. A Memorial Mass will be held on October 26, 2019, at St. Bridget of Kildare Church in Pacific, at 10:00 am. The burial will follow at St. Francis Borgia Cemetery in Washington. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
