It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dennis Gregory Netscher, who passed away at the age of 73, surrounded by loved ones, on June 18, 2026, after a courageous three-year battle with cancer.  Dennis, son of the late Eugene Netscher and Iphogene Kauffman, was born on December 21, 1952, in St. Louis.

A lifelong resident of Eureka, and retiree from Roto Metrics, Dennis considered himself a champeen walker and could be seen walking through Eureka on his daily travels. Although it is often said about many, Dennis was truly one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Whether you needed a dollar or a pat on the back, Dennis was always there to provide it.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; former spouse, Sandy Prow, two sisters, Ellen Randsdell and Judith Rose, and brother, Michael Netscher.

Among his survivors are his girlfriend, Vicki Leah; two sisters, Maureen Paul and Lisa Hamilton; sister-in-law, Marianne Netscher; he was also an uncle, great uncle, cousin, and friend.

A Celebration of Life will be held on August 23rd from noon-4pm at the Pacific Tri-County Community Senior Center. 800 W Union, Pacific, MO 63069.
