Helen L. (Wells) Hogan

Helen L. Hogan,93, of Pacific, passed away on August 26, 2018 in Pacific. Mrs. Hogan, daughter of the late George Wells and his wife Alta NEE Hoss, was born July 21, 1925 in Wellsville, MO. Helen was a graduate of Pacific High School and the Missouri Baptist School of Nursing. On June 22, 1947, she was united in marriage to Donald Hogan Sr. in Pacific.

Mrs. Hogan was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Hogan Sr; Son, Wayne Hogan, and by brother, George Wells.

Among her survivors are four sons, Don Hogan Jr. and wife Doris of Washington, Alan Hogan and wife Linda of Fredericktown, MO, Michael Hogan and wife Janet of Fenton,and Dennis Hogan and wife Mary Lynn of Columbia, Illinois; brother, David Wells and wife Blanch of Pacific; two sisters, Shirley Bruns and husband Carl of Town and Country and Martha Grah of Weldon Spring; seventeen grandchildren, twenty eight great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, other relatives, and friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 from 4-8 P.M. at Nieburg-Vitt,Thiebes Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 10 A.M. at the Pacific Methodist Church. Interment will be in the Sunset Cemetery in Pacific. Memorial Contributions are to the Pacific Methodist Church.
